RMSE Calculator

The RMSE calculator calculates the root mean square error for the observed versus predicted values in our statistical model. The RMSE measures the degree of difference between the observed and predicted values of our regression model.

If the RMSE is high, it means that the model has a higher degree of inaccuracy whereas models with a lower RMSE are considered to be more trustworthy. Simply input the observed and predicted values in the calculator below to obtain the root mean square error (RMSE).

Hey 👋

I'm currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Maths. Prior to this, I completed my master's in Maths & bachelors in Statistics.

I created this website for explaining maths and statistics concepts in the simplest possible manner.
