Class Width Calculator

Given a large amount of data in raw form, it becomes important to partition the data into class intervals in order to present the data in the form of a grouped frequency distribution table. This makes the data much easier to understand.

In such cases, it is important to decide what length the class interval should have. The below calculator provides the best value for the class width that should be chosen.

Class Width: 3.5556

Class Width = (364) / 9 = 3.5556
