MSE Calculator

The MSE Calculator allows us to calculate the mean square error (MSE) for our regression model. The Mean Square Error (MSE) allows us to decide whether the regression model is a good fit for our data or not.

The MSE can be calculated by simply summing up the squares of the differences between the observed and predicted data values and then dividing the result by the total number of data values.

Enter the observed and predicted values in the MSE calculator below. The calculator will then give us the resulting mean square error.

Predicted values:

MSE = 2.43242

Hey 👋

I'm currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Maths. Prior to this, I completed my master's in Maths & bachelors in Statistics.

I created this website for explaining maths and statistics concepts in the simplest possible manner.
